GENERAL

 To place an order on trefyraposters.se and through all Tre Fyra Posters sales channels, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Tre Fyra Posters does not accept credit purchases from persons under the age of 18.

Prices include VAT where applicable. For customers outside the EU, VAT may not apply. Local taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

AGREEMENT AND ORDER

To make a purchase via trefyraposters.se and all Tre Fyra Posters channels, you must accept these Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms, you agree to comply with them in full and confirm that you have read the information regarding personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Tre Fyra Posters’ Privacy Policy.

A purchase agreement is concluded only when Tre Fyra Posters has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation by email.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Items that are in stock are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on country and carrier.

PERSONALIZED POSTERS

All personalized posters are normally dispatched within three business days from the date the order is placed. After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on destination.

Exception – Preview orders:
If you have ordered a personalized poster with a preview option, the design will be created within two business days and sent to your email. The poster will not be printed until you have approved the design.

If other posters are ordered together with a personalized poster, the entire order will be shipped once the personalized poster is ready.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specified amount, as stated at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If a package requires collection, it must be collected within the time stated in the delivery notification. Packages must normally be collected in person with valid identification and order details.

If you do not collect your package, Tre Fyra Posters reserves the right to charge a handling fee equivalent to SEK 120 (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

For home deliveries, someone must be available to receive the package.

DELAYS AND DAMAGES

Tre Fyra Posters is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by the shipping carrier or postal service.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS – DESIGN VARIATIONS

Personalized posters are created according to the customer’s specifications. The final product may differ from sample images shown on the website, including text size, layout, proportions, and design elements.

By ordering personalized posters, you acknowledge and accept that the final product may differ from the preview images.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Available payment methods may vary by country and include:

• Klarna Checkout (Invoice, Installments, Direct Payment)

• Card payments (VISA / Mastercard)

• Swish (where available)

All payments are processed in SEK. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS (WORLDWIDE)

As a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Tre Fyra Posters offers a 365-day return policy for non-personalized products with an unbroken seal, starting from the day the product is received.

If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken in order to exercise the right of withdrawal. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized posters

• Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications

• Products with a clear personal character

Exchange for personalized posters:
We offer an exchange of a personalized poster for another poster of the same size if you notify us within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement poster. No additional fees apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Returned products must be sent within 14 days from the date you notified us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds for returned products (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal, provided that the product has been returned.

Refunds may be made using a different payment method than the one originally used.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint regarding a defective product, please contact Tre Fyra Posters within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Complaints must be made no later than 2 years after the product was received. Approved complaints will be refunded within 30 days.
